NOTIFICATION TO NEIGHBOURS

New requirements introduced in February 2014 require us to notify all occupiers within 20 metres of the subject site boundaries for a 14 day period prior to any approvals being granted.  After the Complying Development is issued there will be a further 7 day notification period prior to work commencing on site. Please note the contact details of the applicant will be provided to the neighbouring properties.  Some minor developments may be exempt from neighbour notification.
