COMMENCEMENT OF BUILDING WORKS   and OCCUPATION CERTIFICATE

After the CDC approval is granted, (and the second notification period of 7 days has expired) the development can be built. At this point in time if Urban Approvals Pty Ltd has been nominated as the Principal Certifying Authority (PCA) on the application form, our company will be undertaking the functions of the PCA which includes critical stage inspections of all building work.
