Urban Approvals Pty Ltd is a privately managed company offering professional and efficient services to assist with a range of developments.
Our company Managing Director/Principal Certifier has been operating in both private industry and local government (council) since 1997. He was one of the first council certifiers to concurrently branch into the private sector when certifying was privatised in 1998/9.
Amendments to the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 created various opportunities for both the public and private sector. The issuing of certificates and inspections can now be performed independently from local government. The benefits of these amendments allow the consumer to choose a more personal and specialised service when seeking building assistance and advice.

Urban Approvals Pty Ltd only employ accredited certifiers who are members of the Association of Accredited Certifiers. Urban Approvals Pty Ltd always operate with current Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Urban Approvals Pty Ltd predominantly operate throughout Sydney, the greater Sydney area, Blue Mountains and at times have also covered areas ranging from Central Coast to South Coast.
